NomadSwipe Terms of Use

These NomadSwipe Terms of Use set the rules for using the NomadSwipe Android app and this website. By using NomadSwipe you accept these terms of use; if you do not agree with them, do not use NomadSwipe.

What these terms of use cover

NomadSwipe is a travel planner: you swipe through real places in a city, save the ones you like into a trip and see them on a map. You are responsible for your travel decisions, reservations, transportation, safety, and compliance with local rules.

Accounts and acceptable use

  • Provide accurate information when using account-based features.
  • Do not misuse, interfere with, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to NomadSwipe systems.
  • Do not use NomadSwipe to violate laws, rights, or the safety of other people.

Free plan and Premium

The free plan includes 3 trips, 2 destination searches a month and 2 custom pins a month. Premium is optional and is offered as a Monthly plan or a Lifetime purchase. Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.

To plan a shared trip together, you and the friend you invite both need Premium, because collaborators can edit the trip's destinations. Trip chat on shared trips is part of Premium.

On Android, purchases are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's billing terms. On iOS, purchases are billed through the App Store.

To cancel a Monthly subscription, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals.

Community content and conduct

  • Do not post or share content that is objectionable, abusive, illegal or infringing.
  • Users can report chat messages, conversations and place listings in the app, and can block other users.
  • We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.
  • Shared (collaborative) trips, and the trip chat on them, are visible to the people invited to them.

Third-party places and services

NomadSwipe may refer to places, maps, listings, or services operated by third parties. Third-party information can change, and NomadSwipe does not control those businesses, locations, hours, availability, pricing, or policies.

App Store license

NomadSwipe is currently available on Android only; an iPhone version is on the way but is not available yet. If NomadSwipe is later downloaded through the Apple App Store, use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, including Apple's standard end user license agreement unless a custom license agreement is configured in App Store Connect.
