These terms describe basic rules for using the NomadSwipe website and app experience. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use NomadSwipe.

Use of NomadSwipe

NomadSwipe is intended to help travelers discover and organize places such as restaurants, attractions, hotels, and nightlife. You are responsible for your travel decisions, reservations, transportation, safety, and compliance with local rules.

Accounts and acceptable use

  • Provide accurate information when using account-based features.
  • Do not misuse, interfere with, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to NomadSwipe systems.
  • Do not use NomadSwipe to violate laws, rights, or the safety of other people.

Third-party places and services

NomadSwipe may refer to places, maps, listings, or services operated by third parties. Third-party information can change, and NomadSwipe does not control those businesses, locations, hours, availability, pricing, or policies.

App Store license

If NomadSwipe is downloaded through the Apple App Store, use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, including Apple's standard end user license agreement unless a custom license agreement is configured in App Store Connect.
